ABOUT THE COMPANY PIETROSKI & COMPANY, a Maine Corporation, is a twenty-five year old real estate appraisal and consulting firm.  Clients are national in scope and include major financial institutions, governmental units, federal secondary market participants, private banking groups, real estate brokers, relocation companies, and private clients.  The scope of work runs from basic single family property evaluations to more complex reports, involving multi-family dwellings, commercial properties, business valuations, machinery & equipment, and agricultural properties.  Real estate consulting and appraisal review work constitutes the remainder of our activity. The Company employs modern technology and has been a pioneer in Maine in the use of appraisal software.   Our Appraisers are all seasoned and licensed  or certified general in the State of Maine and other states.  One holds the SRA (Senior Residential Appraiser) professional designation from the Appraisal Institute, and one is accredited by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ARA).  Our reputation is for a high quality unbiased work product.  We continue to work with clients in developing high quality solutions to current business problems that include distressed real estate, litigation support, and financing.
